Paulo is an excellent massage therapist. He found all my knots and took the time to work them out. He checked in with me regularly about pressure etc but wasn’t afraid to go deep. He also advised me on aftercare, which was helpful. I can definitely feel the difference even days later.

Incredible massage – perfect pressure + nicest guy! As an athlete and dancer, I need a therapist who knows the body well and can adjust accordingly with deep pressure and that’s what Paulo did! Feeling amazing and back to myself after the session. Highly recommend.

Fantastic massage. Punctual arrival. Warm and friendly personality, knowledgeable and strong technique, with frequent check-ins with me and my comfort level. Focused on specific areas and left me a lot more flexible feeling relaxed.
